CV joint roll pins
They are 10mm roll pins. Check with an industrial hardware supply, or try McMaster Carr.
Or someone could try to dig them out of some CV's or stub axles where they often get stuck. Hard to get out without marring them up.
You could also cut off a short length of a 10mm bolt and use that.
