Thermostat is just in front of the right rear wheel, it's in the housing that has the metal oil lines running from it under the rocker and to the front. Get the car warm enough and feel the metal pipes forward of the thermostat or in your frnt wheel well, if thermostat is open they'll be warm or hot to the touch, it's not supposed to open until 180 deg or so.
JFairman is right though, a few boost runs and it'll warm up fast...
