You may remember my Mom passed away in late May. I have a few kitchen items from her place that fit really well in mine and I use them regularly.
Especially, this cup...



Back in 1993, my then fiance and I decided to move near her Dad in Mesa, Az. We went there for a week in March '93 to scout for an apartment. I gave Mom (in Tennessee) this mug as a gift from that trip. She used it non-stop since then and called it "your coffee cup". We would speak on the phone very often and sometimes she would tell me she was using "your coffee cup" as it made her feel closer to me and my family.

God, I miss her.
