A project like this will never make "sense" in any conventional analysis. The buyer will have an emotional attachments to '70 Conda Targas... meaning that buyer could be difficult to find. For the expense of restoring vs. market value, the car as it sits would have to be free. And yet it has a basic part out value that is in the mid-high 4 figures.
Really not possible to put a value on it as a project. As parts, maybe $8500...
