Thanks guys. Pretty much what I thought. As a buyer I would not pay more than $5k, but as a seller it is worth much more.
I paid $5k about 5 years ago. I was hoping for ~$7.5k but realistically that will probably never happen.
Maybe I will do a driver level restoration and put her in the DD rotation. Or maybe just sit on her and pull parts for the other cars.
