If you MUST do it - just remember for the price, you could have just bought a 951 - but if you must do it, I would go with supercharging. People seem to be genuinely impressed with the low-end and constant torque. Not only that, but as far as I can tell, it is also the cheapest route.

I would stay away from nitrous. I've heard a lot about blown engines... the 944 can only handle somewhere like a 70 shot.
