I have three Apple laptops and I am trying to open a disk (marked DVD-R) that has pictures on it, normal jpg format. It will open on one of the Apple laptops but not the other two. States that I have inserted a blank DVD on the two. Any suggestions on how to get the computer to recognize the disk?
The one computer that recognizes the disk is an Apple MacBook and when inserted the disk symbol will appear on the screen and i can click and open to view the pictures. On the other two computers I can't even find the files or the disk, other than the screen message. What am I missing?
Any options??
