I bought my '89 Carrera 3.2 five years ago. It had 13,313 miles on it at the time. Paid $28,000 for it. Most likely high at the time but dang I got a perfect car. Car came with all tools, compressor, window sticker and is totally original. I'm at 22,500 miles now.

I've briefly considered selling it to move into a newer 911 (997.2) but I now realize that what have would be very hard to replace. So it is a keeper.

The locals don't even know what it is when I'm out and stop at the local gas station.

Got to believe it is worth $30K+ now and will surely be more as it gets older and cars like mine harder to find. Not really concerned what it is worth as that's not why I bought it.
