putting the 3.2 in the car has been done many times. use the search tool and you should find a wealth of information.
the g50 is another story. the g50 is long/big enough that the rear torsion tube will have to be modified. you may find it is much easier to change flywheels and use your 915 gearbox (and sell the g50 to recoup some of the cost).
