putting the 3.2 in the car has been done many times. use the search tool and you should find a wealth of information.

the g50 is another story. the g50 is long/big enough that the rear torsion tube will have to be modified. you may find it is much easier to change flywheels and use your 915 gearbox (and sell the g50 to recoup some of the cost).

If your car and the 3.2 are both stock, seriously consider dhagood's suggestion. If your building a future boosted 3.2 then it may be worth the hassle and/or your 915's dead. Your looking at cutting out current and either welding in G50 tubes with appropriate tb's or cutting boxing and coil overs just to get G50 in there. OR last quote I heard thrown around was like $10k from Patrick Motorsports to shorten bell and input shaft (though this seems way to high considering the current prices 930 boxes cost to shorten).

You will also need appropriate shifter, rod, pedals, plumbing and m/c. It just isnt necessary for a stockish 3.2.

Here's a good website for the conversion:

Index for Marc's 2.7 to 3.2 Conversion

I second the vote for not using the G50. Way too much trouble, IMO. You'd be better off selling it and rebuilding your 915 or buying a nice used 915.
