If your car and the 3.2 are both stock, seriously consider dhagood's suggestion. If your building a future boosted 3.2 then it may be worth the hassle and/or your 915's dead. Your looking at cutting out current and either welding in G50 tubes with appropriate tb's or cutting boxing and coil overs just to get G50 in there. OR last quote I heard thrown around was like $10k from Patrick Motorsports to shorten bell and input shaft (though this seems way to high considering the current prices 930 boxes cost to shorten).
You will also need appropriate shifter, rod, pedals, plumbing and m/c. It just isnt necessary for a stockish 3.2.
