That guy looks like business. He is in shape, wearing camo to blend in and picked a nice carbine size scoped rifle that's easy to carry but probably good to 300 yards.

While this is rugged terrain and it takes time to move in it, don't they have helicopters in Utah? If you get a lead, you could at least fly in and see if you can find the perp using IR sensing equipment? I wonder if they give this enough priority - so far it only involves property damage and the guy isn't wanted for anything else. That he is a murderer on the run is only speculation. It has the potential to get real ugly fast however.
