Mine is an '84 and I believe by design they are the generally the same, but do have some variances due to the hydraulic clutch on the G50 transmission. Enclosed are a couple of pictures of my pedal cluster (84) when I took it apart to refurb it about a year ago. I'm not sure if the return spring you refer to is the one in the middle of the cluster however.
