I did a search on this topic, since I've spotted a manual top for sale in Germany and it shed
some light into my questions, but didn't make me confident enough to place a bid.
The seller told me that what I'm looking at is a manual top -so far so good, since it's supposed to go on a 72 Targa - but states that the year of the top is 1981.
Now, we all know that at that time, there were no 911 Cab in production, so that piece of info is useless to me.
My Q is - can I rely on the fact that it is a manual top alone to be sure that it
WILL fit my 72?
I'd hate to spend a serious amount of €€€ just to find out it won't fit my car...
