what makes me chuckle is not Pleco but the opinions as to value out there. so many qualifiers needing definition, or which have definitions of their own.
there is a reason why some 1985 vintage 911s (example) are offered at $10,000-$15,000 and others between $25,000+, but they're most definitely NOT
all of the same quality, and if they were, there wouldn't be a real difference in price. i just purchased a low mileage 1987 Carrera , and spent a good amount on it, but it was a price that i was willing to pay, and given the quality of the car (and opinions of trusted professionals in the sport), it seemed like a fair price to pay. i'm content, does much else matter?
as for Mr. Pleco, why not help him make up his own mind at this point?
