Yeah but WHAT YEAR? 95's have the OBD1; so while they can have a SAI issue, you will not get a CEL, and it will not prevent a successful smog check. The SAI only acts as a bellows which enhances the speed in which the cat comes to full temp. Smog stations will not pass your vehicle until the CEL is addressed. Voice of reason??? There is NO substitute for a quality PPI!
