brake bleeding '84 911 Carrera Coupe
The 911 Carrera (mine is '84) has power assisted brakes. I am going to manually flush and bleed brake fluid. Question: should engine be running when bleeding - repeatedly pumping brakes and then opening the valves (with an assistent of course). I can find no mention of whether the engine should be running in the Bently manual or in "101 project for 911".
