Now that looks like it depends on the engine load or on the uphillposition ?
A guess would be to check the carb, especially the float level with valve and also the choke position.
If you have a portable CO-test equipment you can install it and testdrive. ( Most Porsche mechanics doing work on MFI cars have a portable tester or a dynobench )
