I will call Kennedy Engineering and ask them tomorrow and let you know.
I would suspect this is compatible with either flywheel, but do not know 100%. As for it being heavy, I suspect that is not an issue as it is an OEM unit.
I'm asking $640 + shipping (say $30) for the pressure plate, clutch and throwout bearing, all of which are brand new. You can see retail prices on one of the photos I posted. If the right equipment for you, this is a signficant savings.
