Hi,
Yes, it would fit as long as you run the converted single mass flywheel on the 964 engine. I do not have the flywheel you'd need. The flywheel I have is to bolt a high horsepower Chevy v-8 to a Porsche transaxle.
You could source that flywheel from Patrick Motorsports or Kennedy.
This clutch and pressure plate would be much stronger and exhibit more longevity (but not heavier) than the stock version.
