I have a 84 944 for sale. I bought this several years ago and gave it to my 70 year old mother. She loved that car and really babied it.
Well I overlooked doing the timing belt since she had not put many miles on it since she has had it. (she had 3 cars) Well the timing belt just went and may have bent a valve.
then engine had the oil cooler was just replaced last month, the clutch was done last year, brakes are new and tires have less then 300 miles on them.
The body is in near perfect condition with amazing paint. I would call it a 9 out of 10.
The interior is near pefect as well. It does have a hard dash cover due to a split common to these cars. It had new carpet and the seats are perfect.
The car is too nice to part out so I would like to sell it whole and maybe somebody who want to put another $2000 into it would have a really nice car.
