Stock rad and fan setup work just fine, as long as everything else (cooling fan switch and relay, etc) are in proper order. We're actually still running an old stock rad on our racecar...

Thanks 924RACR. I've been quoted £130 ($200) for a re-core so will go with that. The radiator is all in good order, just seems sensible to make sure it stays that way if I am doing the head!
