$16k is a lot of money for that car. You can get a real nice one that is completely sorted for that price.
It annoys me how people over-value their old POS cars. Just because it is a classic and you have seen a "similar" model sell for 50k on the TV auction, it doesn't mean your rotten / needs everything / base model project car is worth half that.
