It looks like a great bike and a great package at a decent price for what you get. As far as not being being able to utilize all that power....well most sport bikes above 600cc you can't or should not utilize all the power on the street.
I would guess 99% of the population would not realize its a "special bike". And a lot of motorcyclist would not know it either....so I don't see it as a poser bike....IMO. Most people would see it and say...that's one them there Honda motor sickles. Like every private jet is a Lear jet.
