Went to Prescott about 20+ years ago thinking I'd take a look at it as a retirement option for the future. It was really nice. Fast forward a few years or more ago when I went through there again, and it had all kinds of housing developments, shopping malls, etc., etc. outside of the old portion of town. That ruined it for me.
