You'd waste your money on the dr. evil transmission video. I cant say anything good about his products. The haynes manual alone is enough to guide you on a transmission rebuild. If you need more info, the pelican site has a good write up. It is very simple to work on. However unlike the pelican suggestion, I'd be inclined to remove the tranny, so your not laying on your back as much.
I have done several rebuilds, no fancy tools, and no video required.
