Comment on paint - is it original, repainted, rock chips etc?
$10k would sell apparently, so you are close. I'd take a decent offer over that and get it over with.
The main issue with the Targa is that you have no track / ax guys looking at it. When I sold my SC (see ad below), it went within days to another guy who wanted a street / track car.
