What is very interesting is the lack of spread in this distribution. Does an individual owner actually feel the difference between a Lexus and a Chrysler in terms of going to the shop? On average the Lexus person goes in once with a problem, the Chrysler twice, over the time frame studied. (2 years?).

Thanks for sharing. Generally this shows that all new cars are quite good.
