I've seen the 930 and ridden in it. It is the real deal. While the motor was out for the upgrades, the (ultra clean) tub was on Kelly's lift. Every factory spot weld is in tact - definitely wasn't salvaged due to a crash. The only frankenstein'd component is the monster turbo, custom intercooler and EFI setup that makes for jaw-dropping acceleration. I've never got to 120 mph so fast! A real rocket ship. I could see how it'd be seriously addictive.
I can empathize with the desire to sell it. Still, it's a personal decision and you are the only one who can decide. I remember discussing the sale of your GT-1 project and also your last 930 (the one that shouldn't have gotten away).
Selfishly, I hope you keep it so I can ride in it again!!
I don't miss mine (much) since I hardly used it and would have sold it again had I come to the same crossroads.
See you soon,
Doug
