At this point in time there is almost no such thing as a '65 chassis that is far too rusted to restore. I would post photos of the chassis on the technical board - a '65 chassis is a rare thing nowadays. Even if the floors/rockers/front pan/etc are completely gone it still is a '65 chassis which may be too gone for YOU, but not someone else.
