I think that's a lot to read into a few pictures in a CL ad. If the alternative is having pics taken from 4 feet away in the garage, isn't it reasonable to take a car outside for pictures? I would read more into the non-existent description...
The ad itself is terrible though, I agree the seller's on *moderate* crack, a car like this needs to be marketed way better in order to realize anything close to $100K. Not to say that it couldn't, but it's gonna take more than a free ad on CL. If this was my car I'd be contacting Excellence or the other P-car mags to have them write a puff piece on my "time capsule".
