engine # starts with an 8 so is German Spec.

It does have a MPH speedo so I did suspect if it was an American Serviceman who bought it and returned to the states with it.

The lights are actually H4's like I have in my Carrera 3.0 and are RHD Lights.

Jaems : Thanks for the confirmation about the decklid. Mine was built April 1966 and delivered in June 1966 so I suspect it has had this lid and badging since new.

Whats the deal with the 4 screw / 2Screw horn grills? what should it have on it? 2 Screws?
