I've been puzzling (as usual) over the sequence for adjustment. I'm assuming you set the air fuel ratio first, then set the idle as you have indicated.
I don't have an air/fuel ratio gauge so will have to set the a/f first based on the oxygen sensor connector reading (unplugged) then the idle with the oxygen sensor connector plugged back in.
