Hello Randy, I have a set on my 3.2 S 2002. They have been fine up to now. The fit was good, the SS tube seams good quality and they come with the gaskets as well. The only thing I would say on the negative side is, were one of the tube is joined in the middle, it is not very neat. Having said that they are are real bargin. Your price is the cheapest I have seen them. I think they are made in China.
