Just to add to Shirish's post, his is breathing through a normal 3.2 intake (with a larger throttle body), so you should do better with ITBs.
A better comparison is Andy Perks 3.0, with DC60 cams, 1 5/8 headers and Jenvey ITBs that made 285fwhp turning no more than 7000rpm.
So you should be north of both those engines. There are a ton of custom mapped but fairly standard 3.2 engines making 250+fwhp (see the 911chips website for example), so anyone who says you will only get 250-260fwhp is IMHO highly pessimistic.
