check the fuel pump fuse at the CE panel drop the panel and see if you get 12V from the backsides of the fuse connections, its common for the fuse to be good , but with some corrosion thrown in the power wont go to the pump if this is the case you can remove one of the other no used fuse stations and remove the fuse holder and swap it into the corroded slot this should restore function.
Also check the ground bundle behind the RR quarter panel liner one of these grounds is for the fuel pump iof the grounds are bad the pump wont run.
to verify the ground use a test light and remove the brown wire from the pump,
connect the other end to the pos side of the battery, the light should come on.
Next install the ground and remove the power wire to the pump,
connect the test light to ground and the positive wire from the pump,
crank the engine the light should come on
