When is the trip?
I have a very large mountain house variety pack from costco that will likely expire if it isn't eaten. Want me to send it to you?
Instant rice is better than rice IMHO, as it cooks much faster.
Dry pasta works too with an instant sauce bought separately. Definitely take CARBS, as you will be hiking.
