Folks - Soliciting help with pricing for a 1973.5 911 T Targa. What is a fair asking price?
-Car is a 2 owner car with complete records. Current owner has had the car for over 30 years.
-Car was originally tangerine. Color is now Menervia Blau. Complete window and rubber out paint job in the 80s which has held up well, but there are some chips and scratches now.
-Interior is tan and is in very good condition.
-Engine was rebuilt in the 80s to 2.7 L specifications with E cams and webers (originally had the CIS system).
-Engine case and transmission are numbers matching.
-Have original tools, jack, radio (not installed) and manuals.
-Had some front end repair work done from a low speed (car was rolling) impact.
-Unknown miles but records could probably piece it together. I think the odometer was reset at the time of the engine rebuild. I would guess the car has about 100k miles.
-Recent and extensive work to get the car mechanicals operating nominally.
