Drove the Duffy Monday, and back again today. The good news, almost 75% is new pavement, the bad news, all the new paved sections are now 60km speed limit. That's the majority of the route.
Ironically the old worst paved section is still 80 km!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the speed limit 80Km before the improvements five years ago ?
I may have to move to the USA, where driving 25 miles over the limit isn't considered a capital offense or ride the Duffy with my bicycle and hope I don't get a speeding ticket on the down hill stretches!
