Thanks for your reply.

I guess strictly speaking, if a car is presented at a Concours, it should be as it left the Factory and/or Dealer, which in that case, all the items I have described should be stowed in their correct position.

I guess I was asking about a "displayed" position for those items, as opposed to the correct "Factory" position.....
