Panasonic Viera
I freaked out when I came home from a thrash on the mountain bike to find a little white spot in the middle of my reasonably new Panasonic Viera TV.
I turned the set on and it persisted started the wiping bars and the spot was still there.
Checked the internet and the first forum thread that comes up someone posted "is there light hitting the back of the display"? Yes.
Go to the TV and wave my hand around behind the display and magically the spot goes away.
The internet is wonderful most of the time!
