Just like chrisbruck said...personally I like my hubs medium well...and I cooked a couple of steaks on the same grille later that evening as a reward for my hard work  The light aroma of bearing grease complimented the cheap wine to perfection.
Get a good thick pair of real leather gloves. The hubs will be hot and those fake leather mechanics gloves will melt!
