Assuming that your fuse panel has the standard 21 fuses, the 4th one from the windshield should be for the interior lights. It is jumpered to the 5th fuse from the windshield and the 5th fuse powers the brake lights. It should be an easy check to see which circuit has stopped working. There could be some red and red/black wires coming off the top of the fuses that power the electric windows, but since they are not pulling a load across the fuse, they should not matter.
