Looking at the factory diagram you should only have a 19 position fuse holder up front. (18 used)
If the wire coming off the bottom of the fuse holder is blue, it goes to a couple of places. The cigar lighter and the blower switch for your fresh air ventilation.
There is a connector under the dash where the blue wire changes to 2 black wires, one goes to the lighter, the other goes to a connector and becomes a red/yellow wire...
(And people wonder why I don't really want to make dash harnesses!!!!)
