I figured that it probably went to a fresh air intake somewhere. When I build the compressor intake I'll add a bung for it...although that will clutter the bay some I'm a firm believer in venting the crankcase properly.
Billet 60 trim is on the way as well as feed/return fittings and lines. We'll probably spend the next couple weeks finishing that and getting this thing wired up.
