I'd first off recommend checking the battery for proper charge, under load. If in doubt, have one of the auto parts stores check it for proper charge. Second, check the ground on the top of the bell housing and also the battery terminals. Next, the DME relay would be suspect and are cheap on line. Also check for a minor tach bounce when trying to start the engine. That might lead you to a bad ref sensor. You may also have a defective ignition switch.
