maybe one could contact LA dismantlers and see if they have a spair from a 993 wreck.
Its worth a try.
I remember that plug your talking about, as an aside Its possible to hardwire and splice the wiring although future seat removal may be a PITA. Remember to solder and cover the wires well or a fire would be drastic under the seat.
