Thanks for your reply. I've actually left the a/c pulley in there.
I think the pulley isn't perfectly aligned with the alternator pulley. Should I change it with a regular washer? Wondering if adjusting the alternator could compensate the misalignment ....
Also, can I change the it with the engine still in the car by removing the front engine sheet metals?
