...OR since you are new to 911s, clean it really well, get what you got running and enjoy it. Honestly I have seen body kits that are 10X worse than the one you have. I am not a fan of the fins/louvers as they are but they blend into the look of the car. That body kit isn't too drastic to the point that it's embarrassing.
My one piece of advice before you even start cleaning or getting the motor ready it to get some sort of TITLE for it. Arizona can be a mess for this (or at least it used to). You might have to put quite a large sum up for a bond for it (I have been down this route in AZ). Try to get the title cleaned before the interior...
