Been a while so I thought I'd update this thread. Tensioned the belts, installed timing cover, installed new PS reservoir and updated hose, installed new rotor and distributor, installed hose from water pump to radiator, installed plug wires.
All that remains is to reinstall the radiator fan, air box, and AC/ALT and PS belts. Any tips on tensioning these belts? The tensioning bars seem very hard to turn, so I soaked them in PB Blaster.
Should have the car ready for first start up by the weekend. Hopefully all goes well. Thanks to everyone for the advice, I really couldn't have completed this project without you guys!
